Two hours of Yin Yoga, a mindful meditative yoga practice.
We will be focusing on the Full Moon and what we want to manifest & bring into our lives at the moment. We will be opening up through the front line of the body ~ finding space and releasing tension with supported back bends,shoulder opening work & quad/Psoas stretches.
Session will begin with a short Metta meditation & end with a long Yoga Nidra.
