In these sessions we aim to explore the more lesser known limbs of Yoga ~ Pranayama (breathing practices) Pratyahara (sense withdrawal) Dharana (concentration) Dhyana (meditation) Mantra & Mudras.
If you want to have a deeper knowledge of the limbs of yoga these sessions are for you.

This class introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to breath and helps you feel more comfortable in your yoga practice. We will explore all the limbs of Yoga - Postures, Pranayama, Mediation & Relaxation.
Yoga for Sports helps with flexibility, but also helps to keep athletic bodies balanced and strong. Focusing on Core, Hips & Hamstrings.

Yoga Essentials Workshop -
This 2hr workshop will give you all the tools you need to develop your own home practice. This workshop is based on what i call my "essential stretches" a yoga sequence that i practice a few times a week to help me to stay mobile, the poses can be done all together to form a long yoga practice or broken down and used to stretch out certain parts of the body for a short session.
All areas will be covered - Hips, hamstrings, feet, gluts, torso, core, shoulders, arms, wrists and neck. I will also include my own personal pranayama & short meditation practice.
We will go through a series of stretches and poses that add movement to the whole body, and help you find more flexibility, strength and mobility in all areas of your body. No fancy postures, no need for props - just tried and tested stretches that work.
After the workshop a recording of the session will be emailed out for you to download and use whenever you want to.
