A 30-35 minute Core Strengthening class. Here we will focus on connecting breath with movement and strengthening the deep abdominal muscles. These muscles, along with the glutes, when working in a coordinated system, provide a stable foundation for the body's movements.

This 30-35 min class is ideal for anyone looking to improve their posture, proper body alignment, better movement and flexibility. Helping your body to move in a way that’s smart, efficient, and with less risk of injury
Focusing on movement and developing strength and mobility all the way through to the end of our ranges. Each Week we will focus on specific parts of the body. Mobility and Flexibility underpin everything else that you can train for (aerobic capacity, strength, power, speed) because it essentially refers to our ability to move.
This 50 Min Yin Yoga Class is the calming, restorative counterpart to the ‘yang’ of the Vinyasa Yoga practice. Yin Yoga offers the chance to be still, be present, and work within while you breathe and stretch deeply and create more space within the mind and body.
This 70 Minute Led class is designed for beginners where we will go through some modified variations of postures of the Ashtanga Half Primary Series. A Vinyasa practice, moving and flowing through the different postures, guided by the breath.
Meditation & Mindfulness practice. Weekly Guided Meditations (which will be recorded) & a follow up reflective email with different tips to inspire you to incorporate these themes into your everyday lives in a mindful, easily applicable way.
