Drop in class of 6 week block of online prenatal yoga classes, led by a qualified physiotherapist and prenatal yoga teacher
These classes are suitable for all stages of pregnancy. No previous yoga experience needed.
Allow time for yourself to connect with your body, your baby and your breath. Safely prepare your body and mind for labour and birth through stretching, strengthening and posture improvement. Reduce discomfort associated with pregnancy. Learn to utilise the breath to help you throughout your pregnancy and birth. Pick up some helpful positioning techniques, labouring positions, breath work etc. Create space for the baby and your breath. Feel strong, grounded and empowered throughout your pregnancy and leave each class feeling deeply rested and relaxed.
Classes will be small and intimate to ensure everyone enjoys an optimal experience and receives individual adjustments / modifications in the poses as needed
Props including bolster, mat, blocks, straps and eyepillows available to rent for the duration of the block if required
