Hatha Flow is a complete 75 min yoga practice incorporating physical poses, breath work and guided relaxation evolving around a particular theme that we work on and develop over period of 4 weeks (4 classes). All this in a small group of maximum 8 participants allowing us to build closer connection, share energy, individualize your practice and laugh together in a safe environment.
We will work in 4-week modules, developing a different theme in each module.
