Gentle Yoga merges traditional Hatha yoga with various stretching and mobility techniques at slow pace beneficial for the nervous system. It's great entry into the world of yoga and a lovable class for the days you're looking for less vigor and more stretching and calmness.
Hatha Flow is a complete 75 min practice of the 8 limbs of yoga - we incorporate physical poses, breath work, guided relaxation and mantra sprinkled with bits of yoga philosophy.
On Mondays, we work on developing strength, stability and lightness in our asana, building up confidence and ease on the mat and humbleness and playfulness in our overall practice. Although variations of each pose are always offered to accommodate the practice to your needs, this class may classify as intermediate. Prior experience with yoga asana is recommended.
On Fridays, we shake off the stress of the work week by inviting fluidity of movement allowing for vital energy to move freely and easing the body and the mind into the weekend ahead. This class is open to all levels, variations of each pose are always offered to accommodate the practice to your needs.
