All levels welcome to this community of park yogis this Summer, this practice will allow us to connect with ourselves and nature.
A Vinyasa style practice, this is a contemporary practice linking breath to movement. In our 45 minute practice we will build heat and create a movement of energy through our bodies, finishing our practice by winding things down to a beautiful relaxation.
Each class will offer modifications and variations so you can enjoy the experience at your own pace and intensity.
Please arrive on time for class and bring your own yoga mat, a jumper or a rain jacket depending on the weather and socks and a small blanket/towel for relaxation.
Class capacity is limited to 15 people as per government guidelines. You will receive a Covid compliance form in your confirmation email, please ensure this is filled out online prior to class.
