This class is a slow paced vinyasa style yoga class, suitable for all levels. We will focus on breath centered mindful movement and building strength. Each class will start with some pranayama (breath work) and a gentle warm up. We will then flow through a creative sequence of asanas with the aim to build heat/stregth, open/strech the body and increase our mind-body connection. Every class ends with a gentle cool down and guided relaxation. All are welcome, including complete beginners of course :)

Rocket yoga is a fun and fast paced practice, derived from Ashtanga yoga. Each class begins with a gentle warm up, followed by some sun salutations to build heat. We will then flow through a dynamic sequence of standing and balancing postures. Depending on whether we are practicing Rocket 1 or 2, this will be followed by a series of seated or heart opening postures. Each class will have some optional fun time to practice getting upside down! Every class comes to an end with a gentle cool down and savasana.

This class is perfect for anyone looking to build strength, increase flexibility, improve their connection with body and breath or for anyone who wants to bring some fun and playfulness to their yoga practice. Or indeed all of the above!

This class is a mixed level class with plenty of variations and options provided for all levels throughout the class.
