Continue your transition through Autumn with the supportive practice of yoga. Go Slow Yoga invites you to slow down and tune in, meeting your body where it is on the day. Expect a mindful integrated practice of yoga incl. pranayama (breathing practices), mindful asana (postures), meditation and relaxation. Each class will end with the nourishing and healing practice of savasana to send you home prepared for the rest of your week. Class size will be small to allow for individual attention. Bendy and not so bendy bodies of any size are welcome. Lycra optional, tracksuits and p.j's welcome. I hope you can join me.

There's no denying that uncertainty and challenge is ever present in our world and that many of us are fatigued, maybe even exhausted. This may be presenting as fluctuating mood, sleeplessness, anxiety and/or a feeling of general overwhelm.

This retreat is designed as a remedy to this fatigue and in support of you, your nervous system and your wellbeing.

Expect a spacious day nurturing yourself with gentle and nourishing practices of yoga, including asana ( physical postures), pranayama (breathing) meditation, restorative yoga and yoga nidra to assist your parasympathetic nervous system (the rest and digest response) to come to the fore and to return you to a more restful space where calm resides.


When: Sunday 16th May, 2021

Time: Arrive by 10am and closing at 4pm.

Venue: Harvest Yoga Studio, 76 McCracken Street, Kensington


Please note this is a second floor studio and with regret is only accessed by steps.
