Within this 2 hour birth preparation yoga workshop we are going to go through the different stages of labour, how You can maximise your energy and how your Birthing Partner can really support You and be an advocate of You and your Baby(s).
What you can expect:
2.00PM-2.20PM - Introductions
2.30PM-3.10PM - short and sweet partner yoga session
3.10PM-3.30PM - short convenience break/tea, snacks
3.30PM-4.00PM - labour Do's and Dont's; post-natal preparation, hypnobirthing relaxation
The aim is to feel prepared, to bond with your birthing partner even more so you can both feel confident and empowered to have a magical birthing experience.
You will need to bring your own mat, but extra mats will be available for your Birthing Partner.
