This is a 30 min core workout. Not suitable for absolute beginners, but after a few pilates classes you'll find it quite refreshing.
The 30 min fly by and you'll feel energised and stretched.
Yin Yoga is a sequence of long held mat poses that work on the connective tissue of the body while also allowing you some well deserved relax time. It may not always be comfortable but it will teach you the art of "doing nothing" which most active people find extremely uncomfortable but they need it most. No previous experience is required and no, you don't have to be flexible for it. Yin yoga may help with mobility, flexibility and stress and it will definitely improve your patience and meditation skills.

This class is a slow and strong yoga practice focussed on body, alignment, and working towards a peak pose.

Week 4 Dancer (balance back bends hips combined)
