As you may have guessed from the title, we'll flow through 21 Sun Salutations. We'll use Ujjayi breathing technique and a combination of Sus Sal A, B , C to build an inner fire and find meditation throguh movement. All levels welcome, suitable for complete beginners too! It's going to be a sweaty one but we will definitely spend some time to relax at the end.
