PRIMARY PILATES

Suitable for someone starting their Pilates journey or coming back to their practice after a long break or injury. This is a contemporary mat Pilates class. A fusion between the teachings of Joseph Pilates and contemporary research influenced by Physical Therapy. Pilates promotes mobility and strength of all major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion, whilst also having a key focus on the deep core and pelvic floor muscles. Improving posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.
