Suitable for someone looking to bring gentle movement back into their body, after an illness, injury, post pregnancy or someone with limited mobility. Pilates promotes mobility and strength of all major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion, whilst also having a key focus on the deep core and pelvic floor muscles. Improving posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.
