A four week course from 22nd May to 12th June 2021.
For pregnant ladies from 16 weeks of pregnancy, unless you have a continued ongoing yoga practice with me and then you can join at any time.
We connect with each other, we share, we breathe, move, ease, strengthen, focus, prepare, find space, release, relax and rejuvenate.
Classes are structured and yet informed by the needs of each woman that attends.
We start with a sharing circle before yoga practice.
I have been teaching pregnancy yoga for around 8 years each week and love to share yoga with ladies at this hugely transformational time.
