Amanda will weave her 15 years of teaching yoga with yogic philosophy and life philosophy to lift and guide you to help you find ways to better handle the challenges of life. Watts Hall is an absolute gem of a venue, high beamed ceilings, stained glass windows, beautiful wooden floors


You can expect a yoga practice to ease, warm, flow and energise. Breathing for peace, focus and our gateway into ourself. Asana for creating heat and physical strength, mental strength and infusing our energy with a resilient attitude.


We will consider how and where to look at building the foundations around our resilience, what depletes our resolve, journalling and reflective prompts, tips and suggestions, powerful affirmations, mantra.


There will be a balance of breathing, movement, sequencing of asana, journalling, meditation AND A SOUND BATH/GONG BATH to finish your practice and infuse your heart and soul to let you walk out of this mini retreat with a new found inner strength. Pati is making a guest appearance with her gong and bowls to lift your soul to faraway places. A very special treat.


All levels of yoga welcome, spaces limited.
