Come in side and turn inwards with this relaxing and meditative 2.5-hour Yoga practice.


60 Minutes Yin yoga to target your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. The long-holds of this floor based, meditative practice give you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. The practice of yin yoga is based on ancient Chinese philosophies and Taoist principles which believe there are pathways of Qi/Prana (energy) that run through our bodies. By stretching and deepening into poses, we’re opening up any blockages and releasing that energy to flow freely.


Calming herbal teas and tasty treats.


Grounding self massage practice with essential oils. Self massage is a Ayurvedic practice to connect with your body, calm your mind and nourish your skin. It helps the body relax and induces sound sleep.


The practice will finish with a 30 minute Yoga Nidra Practice for deep rest and relaxation.



Tickets are limited. Suitable for beginners- no previous experience necessary. Not suitable for pregnancy.


Please bring your own mat, blanket(s) and pillow, cosy socks and any other props you feel you may need. I will provide blocks and bolsters - for hygiene reasons you are asked to bring your own pillow slip to cover the bolster.
