Gentle Morning Flow

Begin the day with connection and gentle movement. Choosing to tune inwards, stretch and breath is one of the best things we can do for ourselves in the morning. This is an open-level class. Students will be guided through 'Sun Salutations' and flow through standing and seated Hatha postures at a steady pace. There will be breathwork and meditation. This gentle practice is the perfect way to clear the mental and emotional channels for the day ahead.
