WHEN: Sunday 8pm
A slightly longer class at 75 mins. We move through about 30 mins of Yang postures followed by 45 mins of deep stretching in Yin postures. Use of props such as blocks, pillows, cushions and blankets help make this a deeply restful and relaxing practice.
