This workshop will take us on a journey of gratitude for what was, hope for what will be and finally grounding in the present moment. There will movement, meditation, pranayama and journalling.
We will start with a Nidra meditation to become fully open to the process ahead.
We will open our Anahata (heart) chakra through slow moving back bends and sun salutations.
We will open our Ajna (third eye) chakra to connect with our intuition and lean in to what we really want from the year ahead, setting our meaningful Sankalpa (intention).
We will finish the movement practice with a Muladhara (root) chakra flow to bring our awareness back to the present moment and leave with a grounded feeling.
