Join Kat for an afternoon of bliss (2pm - 5.30pm)
We start with an 80 min recharging Yang Vinyasa Flow, then we Let go with a nurturing 75 mins Restorative and Yoga Nidra (Guided meditation) & you might hear me play my Chrystal Alchemy singing bowls
Refreshments (tea & cake) are provided during the break.

Please bring your mat, a block, and if you have it a bolster (I have some available, but do let me know) or 2 bed pillows and a blanket and eye cover.
