This 75 minutes class is a fusion between the more traditional Hatha Yoga inspired by the Sivananda yoga tradition, and mindful, explorative movement.

This class integrates subtle energy work, chanting, asana (poses), pranayama (breathing practices) and some meditation.

Suitable for intermediate students.

Classes vary between a more gentle and strong approach.
