Mindful Hatha Yoga - Level 2- Block of classes

Start your weekend with energy, increased vitality and a calm, clear mind.


This 75 minutes class is a fusion between the more traditional Hatha Yoga inspired by the Sivananda tradition, and mindful, explorative movement.


This class integrates subtle energy work, chanting, asana (poses), pranayama (breathing practices), where self-inquiry is welcomed. 


Suitable for intermediate students.


Classes vary between a more gentle and strong approach.
