This class is for anyone looking to energise, stretch and become more present in their bodies. We attune to ourselves with breath work and therefore become more embodied in our experience.


Open to beginners and more seasoned practitioners, this class is suited to those who are open to enquiry and self-care. We approach the asanas (poses) not as something to adapt our bodies to, but rather, the other way around: we adapt the asanas to our bodies however we may be feeling that day!
