The class begins with some very gentle movement & deep breathing to help prepare the body & release tension.
For the guided meditation, you can choose to sit or lie down on the floor with a blanket & cushion for your comfort.
Each week we focus on consciously relaxing the body to stimulate the nervous system & strengthen your ability to self soothe. Each session has a theme to help with personal growth & healing, e.g, letting go, forgiveness, inner child work, compassion, releasing judgement & so on.
These sessions take place in a very welcoming, warm, & calm space surrounded by candles.
