This 6 week course of 45 minute classes is suitable for complete beginners and those who wish to improve their mobility, balance and flexibility. You will be supported through the class with some gentle yoga poses which will help to mobilise joints, stretch and strengthen your muscles to help you move better and feel less stiff. You will probably start to feel the benefits of this gentle yoga practice within a few sessions and we will aim to find some simple exercises you can practice at home.
