Slow Flow Yoga


Go with the flow in this calming, fluid class that connects breath with movement as you go from posture to posture. With a new theme woven in each week, it’s perfect for those who want to leave feeling centred and is suitable for all levels including beginners.

Slow Flow Yoga is a combination of a modified Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga class. The mind-body connection is one of the main goals; be guided through some delicious movements to make space in the body as well as the mind, making you feel relaxed and calm to continue the day and even week ahead.


Who is the course suitable for?

The pace is perfect for beginners as the movements are broken down with more time spent in each pose, but it is also perfect for more advanced yogis who are looking to dive deeper into their alignment and postures. The breath work and calm nature of the class is also perfect for people of all ages and walks of life. Slow flow yoga can help reduce stress, it is low-impact, helps to teach patience and mental toughness, improve flexibility, build muscles, prevent injuries and improve overall health. What’s not to love?

* Please note this is an exercise based class and whilst open to beginners, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility or certain injuries/conditions. Please contact Karen directly for more information.


Cost:

£7:50 per class when booked using a Credit Bundle (£30 for the Credit Bundle) *

£9 when booked as a drop in.


* Please purchase the Slow Flow Credit Bundle to pay the cheaper price of £7:50 per class when booking the full block. The credit can then be used to book each week’s session. The credit cannot be used for other classes or future courses.


*Please note that refunds are only possible up to three days before each drop in session. Cancellation of any credit bundle sessions after commencement of the block will not be reimbursed unless your session space is then booked by another yogi using the booking system. All other sessions can be attended as normal. Please check the dates and your availability carefully prior to booking.
