Come join me for a Mandala Vinyasa Yoga Flow; a dynamic practice using breath to movement to travel around the mat in 360°. “Mandala” in Sanskrit translates to completion or circle, hence the 360 degree flow. Mandala Vinyasa is based on four elements that bring connection between you and each of the elements – Earth, Water, Fire and Air. Each of these elements have their corresponding Chakra and group of muscles.
My Mandala Yoga classes combine the traditional Mandala methodology with a creative Vinyasa Yoga Flow to move around the mat in 360° rotations and to experience a change in perspective. Each Mandala class will be active, will demand your attention, and will be a whole lot of fun!
