Come join us indoors and shift your energy through this flowing Vinyasa yoga practice, moving mindfully with the breath, building heat in the body, increasing strength, core connection, balance and flexibility, whilst decreasing stress, anxiety, aches and stiffness. Suitable for all levels.
This class is held in Rush Community Centre. You need to bring your own yoga mat, some water and wear comfortable clothes.
Booking is essential as numbers are limited. You must be over 16 to book and take this class.
Please adhere to HSE Covid 19 Guidelines.
DO NOT attend class if you feel unwell, self isolating or are awaiting Covid test results.
Please follow a "mask to mat" policy and wear a mask or face covering until you are on your mat, it is your choice then if you wish to remove it for the class.
Please socially distance yourself from others entering and leaving the building. Place your mat 2 metres from others at a designated spot.
