Join us indoors for this candlelit gentle hatha & restorative style yoga class introducing foundational yoga poses and breath work, connecting to the breath and body, gentle stretching and strengthening to relieve tension of the body and mind. Includes an extended relaxation. Suitable for total beginners or those looking to take a more gentle yoga class.
This class is held in Rush Community Centre. You need to bring your own yoga mat, some water and wear comfortable clothes.
Booking is essential as numbers are limited. You must be over 16 to book and take this class.
Please adhere to HSE Covid 19 Guidelines.
DO NOT attend class if you feel unwell, self isolating or are awaiting Covid test results.
Please follow a "mask to mat" policy and wear a mask or face covering until you are on your mat, it is your choice then if you wish to remove it for the class.
Please socially distance yourself from others entering and leaving the building. Place your mat 2 metres from others at a designated spot.
