Come join us on the beach and shift your energy through this flowing Vinyasa yoga practice, moving mindfully with the breath, building heat in the body, increasing strength, core connection, balance and flexibility, whilst decreasing stress, anxiety, aches and stiffness. Suitable for all levels.
This class is held on South Beach Rush, just after the life guard hut after the big rocks.
This class is weather permitting. If the weather is worse than a light drizzle the class will be cancelled. If the class is cancelled, you will be refunded a class credit. Please dress for all weathers! Bring layers, suncream, sunglasses etc.
Booking is essential as numbers are limited.
You must be over 16 to book and take this class. No children permitted.
