Candlelit Yin & Restorative Yoga
Join me for a 90min workshop to rest and restore in this cosy candlit class.
Yin Yoga is quite simply the opposite to our Yang or Vinyasa practice. In Yin we melt into different poses supported by props holding for a longer period of time, encouraging the soft tissue around our joints to gently stretch, hydrate and strengthen.
Yin gives us a chance to slow down, find stillness and connect deep within to release tension held in the body and mind, helping to reduce stress and anxiety and leave us ready to float off to sleep.
