This class begins with a gentle yoga flow, emphasizing the sequential movement between postures (asanas) coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath (prana). The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. Followed by Yoga Nidra/Meditation, where we accelerate healing on physical, emotional and spiritual levels, by using breath and guided meditation. A deeply healing and nurturing practice for the body, heart and mind, helping you to find a beautiful balance between effort and ease. Suitable for everyone.
