Beginners Yoga - October/November Times

This one hour yoga class is perfect for beginners or anyone returning to the practice. Each class will contain lovely warm ups to get your muscles energised, a flowing sequence that's kind to joints and stretches your back in a safe way, a posture to work on a targeted set of muscles and a deep relaxation to let all that goodness sink in. You can expect to experience:
