This 6 week introduction to yoga will cover everything you need to be able to confidently grow your yoga practice. We will cover everything from postures to breathing and mudras to bandhas! Once the course finishes you will confidently be able to join regular weekly classes putting everything youve learnt into practice. *Please note there is no class on Tuesday 27th October.
