This 75 minute workshop is instructional in nature, aimed at those looking to progress on their journey to handstands. In a warm, friendly environment, the class will cover the theory of inversion, warm up drills, skills and tricks to improve your inversions and how to fall. We will touch on headstands too. Handstands are brilliant for strength, balance, focus and conditioning.

Pre-requisite: In order to get the most from this class, it is recommended that you are comfortable kicking to to the wall and can hold a 10 second wall supported handstand (back to wall) & you are beginning to move away from the wall. Numbers will be intentionally small so please book early to avoid disappointment.
