This 75 minute workshop is instructional in nature, aimed at those beginning their journey to handstands. In a warm, friendly environment, the class will cover the theory of inversion, warm up drills, skills and tricks to improve your inversions and how to fall. We will touch on headstands too. Handstands are brilliant for strength, balance, focus and conditioning. Complete beginners welcome! There are no pre-requisites and numbers will be intentionally small so please book early to avoid disappointment.
