Meditation offers a variety of benefits to your body, mind and emotions. It can help reduce physical tension in the body, increase positive thinking and transform your life in a way that ripples out to benefit all of those around you.


The class will include gentle movements called Prana Kriyas, Pranayama (breathing techniques), Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep) and guided Meditation.

£65 for 6 class pass (to be used in 6 weeks)

10 class pass (to be used within 11 weeks) £100
