This Restorative Yoga Class is focused on relaxation and breath work and is suitable for all level of Yoga practitioner including first timers. This is a 5 course that is the perfect introduction to this style of yoga.


Restorative Yoga is a style of Yoga that boosts your immune system, reduces stress, calms the mind and gently opens the body. This very special practice is more about 'undoing' than doing and is a perfect antidote to stresses of life. It works well for those with injury or illness as well, but also supports those who are training hard for sports and need an effective counterbalance.


You will find this class a perfect mid week boost to calm the body mind and spirit.


Class sizes at the Yoga Studio are kept at a maximum of 8 so a more individualised approach is taken. All equipment is provided and this class as a luxurious feel to it in a beautiful, warm space with lots of quality equipment.
