Iyengar Yoga course that builds on my Absolute beginners course it's suitable for anyone who hasn't practice Iyengar Yoga before, or hasn't been practicing for a while.


The focus at The Yoga Studio is on building up your strength and confidence with your yoga practice. Class sizes are small so a more individualised approach is taken and students are encouraged to develop their own practice.  


The style of Yoga is in the Iyengar tradition that makes use of props—belts, blocks, and blankets—to help achieve postures that otherwise might take years to find due to lack of strength and flexibility. The props enable students to perform the asanas correctly, minimizing the risk of injury or strain and making the postures accessible to everyone.
