Iyengar Yoga class , this class is at an easier pace so beginners/returners to Yoga are very welcome

This term is 8 weeks spread over 10 weeks.

The focus at The Yoga Studio is on building a practice that is right for you. Class sizes are a maximum of 8 so a more individualised approach is taken. The studio is well equipped and everything including mats is provided for you.

Classes focus on building your strength as well as improving flexibility, balance and confidence. It's a warm, inviting space and everybody is welcome.
