Known as Yoga Kurunta or Puppet Yoga this is a way of doing Iyengar Yoga poses using ropes. At the yoga studio we have the unique "great wallâ„¢system, it's the only one in Auckland.

In this class you will discover a different way to practice Yoga. One that offers a lot of advantages, enabling you to use the ropes for traction in the poses - so great for joints, do upside down poses without weight bearing - fun and easier on the neck and hands, improve your flexibility, plus build up strength - you will work hard and build up core strength but have SO MUCH FUN doing it!

This is a 8 week term but spread across 10 weeks.

The class is limited to 4 participants only
