Restorative Yoga Class - is focused on relaxation and breath work and is suitable for beginners

This a style of Yoga a that boosts your immune system, reduces stress, calms the mind and gently opens the body.

This is special practice is more about undoing than doing a perfect antidote to stresses of life. It works well for those with injury or illness as well, but also supports those who are training hard for sports and need a counterbalance.

This is an 8 week term

Class sizes are a maximum of 8 so a more individualised approach is taken.
