Menopause yoga for strength and empowerment

Yoga can be a fantastic tool to help alleviate the symptoms of menopause and help us feel empowered during this time of transition. Whilst some symptoms can leave us feeling depleted in energy, there will be times when we feel the need for a stronger practice to help us to build our bone density and increase muscle mass and cardiovascular health. A more physical yoga approach can also help to energise us and lift a low mood, boosting our resilience and wellbeing.

Flow with Fi in collaboration with The Yoga Studio Devonport is hosting a three hour workshop on menopause yoga for strength and empowerment. We offer a safe space including a women’s circle, an empowering strong yoga practice and time afterwards to journal and reflect. Suitable for all stages of the menopause but may be particularly relevant for post-menopausal women.
