Yoga for anxiety and overwhelm

The menopause is a time of transition for women and change can bring feelings of anxiety or being overwhelmed. A common symptom at this time is brain fog, the feeling of forgetfulness that can be combined with the sense of being overwhelmed. Fatigue and stress can also play a major role to contribute to menopause related anxiety.
Flow with Fi in collaboration with The Yoga Studio Devonport is hosting a three hour workshop on menopause yoga for anxiety and overwhelm. This workshop will offer techniques to reduce anxiety and stress to help to reduce the impact of these menopausal symptoms. We will also work on meditation and breathing techniques to help us to gain focus and hopefully leave finding a sense of inner peace and calm, along with techniques that can be applied in daily life.
