The aim of this course is to make you feel better in so many ways. 

Find ways to feel more positive and worry less.

Have greater self-esteem and tools to tackle negative thinking

Practice feeling more joyful 

Sleep and Rest more easily

Learn how to deal with difficult emotions

Respond differently to pain 

Have a greater sense of “Self”.

We will be covering a range of meditation techniques including iRest™Yoga Nidra (which is a trauma friendly, scientifically based, secular form of guided meditation) All the meditation practices are very life affirming and enjoyable. 

It's only 6 weeks but if you commit to the course and some of the short audio home practices you will start to feel a real difference and deepen a journey you have already begun or make a fresh start if you have tried before.
