Meditation has been a part of my life for over 40 year. I will be teaching a guided form of iRest® Yoga Nidra. This is a trauma friendly, scientifically based, secular form of guided meditation based on ancient practices.
All the meditation practices are very life affirming and enjoyable. They encompass both Mindfulness and insight meditation and once learnt you can continue to practice with recordings or on your own. This form of meditation gives you 10 meditation tools that you can use in everyday life.
It's only an 8 week course but if you practice little and often you will start to feel a real difference in your capacity to surf the waves of life.
Cost of includes a work book and audio recordings for your home practice.
