An hour to move your body, focus on your breath and relax the mind. During the class, we will move at a gentle pace through a warm up before moving onto the yoga postures. I will provide instructions so that you find the correct alignment for your body and can coordinate your breath with the movement. We will end with a period of relaxation to encourage mindfulness and focus.
