 What is Chi?


With it's roots in traditional Chinese medicine Chi (also spelled qi, or ki) refers to the vital life force or energy that runs through all living beings. In the Yoga tradition of India is it referred to as Prana. When chi flows freely in our body we are in balance, healthy and filled with vitality. When our chi is blocked or stagnant we feel out of balance and out of sorts. Chi Kung helps to unblock the chi and create balance in your life. 


What is Infinite Chi Yoga?

It is a dynamic fusion of Chi Kung and Yoga to strengthen and rejuvenate the body, mind and personality.


The Sleeping Buddha series stretches and tones the body and energises the energy centres and pathways in the body helping to heal the mind, body and spirit. It is a beautiful practice on so many levels that utilises the chi to create vitality and radiance.


The classes consists of blend of traditional yoga postures and the Tibetan Rights to bring about strength, stability and wellness within so that over time you can create a life that is full of vitality and free of stress and anxiety.
