Want to commit to a regular yoga practice? One that energises you? Teaches you about your body, and ways to move it sustainably?


Join me for 'Morning Movement' online. A weekly Yoga class with sprinklings of MFR (deep release), somatics, and anatomy discussion to get the most out of your practice. 


?Book in a block or drop in, recordings sent out to you after so if you miss one, you can always catch up.


Expect:

  • An hours Therapeutic yoga practice
  • Community to practice in, with discussion included
  • Exploration of anatomical, spiritual and philosophical themes
  • MFR - deep release techniques that you can use at home
  • Tips for home practice
  • A blissful relaxation and meditation to end each practice


You'll leave with a sustainable way to work with your body, feeling calmer, more centred and less tight.
