Book onto our Before School Club here with Hannah from the Calm Club.

Join Hannah to move, learn yoga poses, breathe, and rest. We'll use stories, partner work, books toys, mindful craft, group games to explore our bodies and minds in an interactive and fun way! Hannah is an early years specialist, outdoor enthusiast and children's yoga teacher who makes every class fun, inclusive and child-centred.

Each week explore a mindful, inclusive curriculum planned by an early years practitioner and children's yoga guide.

  • Classes happen at BHIS
  • Fridays 8 - 8.45 am
  • No experience in Yoga necessary, this is a welcoming space
  • Bring anything you need to make your child feel comfortable (water, warm clothes)
  • I provide mats, but do bring your own if you like


All bookings must be paid for in advance to secure a space.
