Release your physical & mental stressors in this gentle class where you:

  • are shown various ways to prop your body into position,
  • hold each pose for 3-5 minutes to target deep tissue (fascia),
  • use this safe time and space to turn inward, and
  • are taken through a guided Yoga Nidra Meditation to facilitate healing and rest.
